Psychological Tests and Assessment
A full-day assessment process consists of various intelligence and problem-solving tests, personality evaluations and teamwork situations. Moreover, the assessment process includes an interview performed by a psychologist, concentrating on the candidate's motivation and former professional experience. We write a detailed written report for each candidate. In the report, we describe the candidate's intellectual abilities, personality features and motivation with relation to the requirements of the job in question.
