Psychological Tests and Assessment
A full-day assessment process consists of various intelligence and problem-solving tests, personality evaluations and teamwork situations. Moreover, the assessment process includes an interview performed by a psychologist, concentrating on the candidate's motivation and former professional experience. We write a detailed written report for each candidate. In the report, we describe the candidate's intellectual abilities, personality features and motivation with relation to the requirements of the job in question. If the commissioning party performs search of candidates and preliminary interviews individually, we enter the selection process only at this stage.For more information pleace contact our consultants.
