The New Beginning

The New Beginning is an outplacement-program that lasts a maximum of 12months. This personal counseling program focus on finding a new job. The program is always tailor-made for the specific situation. The duration of the counseling is discussed with the client company and with every new assignment the content and process profile is customized to the target person's needs. A compatible process is made possible due to our deep expertise and experience regarding outplacement services, understanding of psychological processes, and by approaching the person that is counseled by highlighting his/her temperament dynamics.

SELF-LEADERSHIP &  SELF-ANALYSIS
In our outplacement-program we dwell into the strengths of the person who is being counseled by focusing on Temperament Self-analysis™ and by coaching him/her towards a good self-leadership according to the Personnel Self-Leadership Training™ concept. We familiarize him/her in using efficient job searching methods and help him to understand the dynamics of the job market and the upcoming realistic career choices it provides.

THE NEW BEGINNING - outplacement program
This program is meant for you who are leaving your current job and searching for a new one. The program is based on a personal guided conversation with consultants. You have two consultants for your needs; the outplacement consultant, who is in charge of the counseling process and a coaching consultant, with whom you practice control over various situations. You also have unlimited access to the outplacement consultant in situations when you have a need for it.

CUSTOMER PROFILE
Executives, managers or specialists leaving the current employer whom the current employer is willing to support by offering the possibility of outplacement services.

PROGRAM

The program includes fifteen (15) 1,5 hour long meetings with the consultants. During this time we will work together through the first three stages of the program. The duration for this is 2-3 months. After these stages we will move towards the fourth stage, which means finding a new job. During this stage you will make use of your accomplishments in the earlier stages and your improved self-awareness while contacting actively different sources so that you will find a new job that fits you. Your outplacement coach is following the progress of your work. You will rapport to him/her on weekly basis.
