Personnel Group is a group of consultancy companies specialized in human resources know-how and engaged in heightening the efficiency of its client companies' selection, placement, management and development of their personnel.Our clients are both Finnish and international business enterprises, for which we perform several hundred personnel searches each year in Finland and elsewhere in Europe, in conjunction with the assessments of thousands of applicants for jobs through interviews and/or other psychological methods.
We also develop the recruiting methods used by our customer firms and we assist our clientele in their internal recruitment and organizational surveying.
