Personnel Survey



We conduct attitude and opinion surveys with the intention of finding out the views and opinions of people working in the organization. The persons surveyed are treated as a group and results are composed of both the statistical and the graphic presentation. As organizations change, opinion surveys of this kind are necessary, but they are even more useful if the opinion data concerning members in the organization is linked with, for example, an assessment of personal resources, to come to grips with the activity and also to develop the efficiency of the organization.
