Quality systems

We also carry out projects for constructing and developing quality systems.  Quality systems are connected with our operations solely as one of the systems of managing a corporation, and we see quality management as a manner to develop the efficiency of the organisation.

The participation of the entire staff is essential already at the construction phase of the quality system.  If the quality system cannot be integrated into everyday tasks, it easily transforms into a bureaucratic burden to the company.  In this case the potential inherent in it becomes useless. The system may even transform the significance of the work "quality" into referring to something rigid and negative and reduce the staff's general willingness to participate in various development projects.

The core of the quality system is its impact on counseling operations It is a management system, and it is, therefore, essential to preserve the company's view in constructing the quality system.

The system must contain the processes and procedures essential for the company.  Continuous development on the basis of measurements and facts, participation of the entire staff and minimal bureaucracy are the key factors of a functioning quality system.
