Head Hunting is appropriate when the customer prefers to avoid publicity for the recruitment, the target group is highly specific, and the recruitment process is not aimed to obtain large quantities of candidates but to locate suitable individuals in a limited manner.

Public recruitment, usually based on newspaper ads and the Internet, is the most appropriate option in the case when the target group of potential candidates is extensive and contacting selected individuals might result in producing a too limited group of candidates. Today, the Internet produces a great amount of added value and coverage in public recruitment processes, especially when using the websites whose visitor profiles correspond to the profile of the desired group of candidates. The visitors of our own pages are primarily young individuals with higher education or polytechnic degree. Personnel's website has proven to be a very efficient media for reaching candidates required for various expert and supervisory positions.
