All collected information will be handled in confidence and under no circumstances will any information be handed over to third parties without the applicant's consent.
Application for a specific job through Personnel
The applicant's information will remain in our registry until the vacancy applied for has been filled, unless the applicant expresses his/her wish to have his/her data kept in Personnel's CV database for later utilisation in any corresponding vacancies.
Open application / direct search
Open applications and CVs shall be stored in our registry for one year after the application submission date; they can be removed sooner if the applicant so requests. The CVs stored in our registry are taken into account in direct search cases, but a separate application is always required for advertised jobs.
