Personnel Resource Profile

The assessment of the current working community is aimed to answer the following questions: how does the working community function and what are the different individuals like with regard to new tasks and changes in job description. Resource analysis is thus designed for creating an overall picture of the organisation's resources.

Managerial behaviour and individual working methods are evaluated by means of interviews and psychological testing and 360 degree methodology.

The feedback from the process will provide the company's management with an overall picture of the potential inherent in the current staff, and helps to take the appropriate action. At the individual level, the objective of feedback is to expand the individual's own view of personal strengths and weaknesses.

We will write a written report for each person we assess. The report comments on the characteristics of the individual in question in relation with the predetermined outlines of business operations. Furthermore, we perform a so called resource grouping based on the information acquired by the analyses.
